Parents, faculty and the general public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Pursuant to North Carolina Statutes, notice is hereby given to the members of Global Scholars Academy school community and to the general public, that the Board of Directors will hold a meeting open to the public on the date and at the time above.
One or more members of the Board may participate in the meeting via telephone conference call-in number which will be provided prior to the meeting to the general public as well.
The Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, for reasons pertaining to legal advisement concerning any item on the agenda for review and/or discussion and consideration of records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information or personnel matters that are specifically required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law.
A copy of the meeting agenda will be available at Global Scholars Academy Front Office at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
