Pursuant to North Carolina Statutes notice is hereby given to the members of Global Scholars Academy and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public as specified below, on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 5:00 PM in GSA’s Media Center at 311 Dowd Street, Durham, NC 27701. One or more members of the Board may participate in the meeting by telephone conference call in number which will be provided prior to meeting.
The Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, for legal advice concerning any item on the agenda to review, discuss and consider records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information or personnel matters that is specifically required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law.
A copy of the meeting agenda will be available at Global Scholars Academy Front Office at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting and will be posted on our website.
